More than half a century has passed since Miyazaki Co., Ltd. was established in 1969.
Along with our other group companies, Miyazaki Co., Ltd. have established a collection system covering all of Japan and now lead the used paper recycling industry. More recently, we have discovered the possibilities in recycling not only used paper, but also wood, plastics, metal, and many other kinds of waste materials, which we collect as recyclable resources. We are actively working to create a recycling-oriented society.
Miyazaki Co., Ltd.
In the 50 years since the firm's establishment, Miyazaki Co., Ltd. has expanded efforts in recycling waste paper and a variety of other resource materials. All resource collection trucks are equipped with a drive recorders and digital tachographs to identify the most efficient collection routes.
In addition to instructing drivers on proper driving conduct, we are also taking proactive measures to prevent accidents by performing safety driving diagnoses based on driving data. Consistently offering total recycling with exacting, comprehensive services, we aim to become the leading brand in the recycling industry.

In 2013, the company’s name was changed to Umeda Logistics Co., Ltd., and it is now the division responsible for logistics in the Umeda Group. Focusing mainly on the recycling operations of Miyazaki Co., Ltd. and other group companies, these transport professionals haul used paper, manufactured paper products, and other goods primarily in the Chubu, Kanto, and Kansai regions.

Founded in 1962, Johoku Driving School was included in the group in 2005. As the driving school which is closest to downtown areas such as Nagoya Station, Sakae, and Kanayama, it features convenient access as well. Students receive safe, secure, comfortable, and enjoyable instruction in the familiar yellow training vehicles adorned with our rabbit character. Additionally, working in partnership with fellow group company Miyazaki Co., Ltd., the school is also utilized as an education and training institution to train drivers operating the group's resource collection trucks.
